Elroubi was born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1968. He studied Gymnastics at the University of Alexandria, Gymnastics Academy. When he moved to Greece, he worked at the Association of Egyptian Greek for 15 years.
Elroubi joined Panellinio in June 2017.
